Air filtration

I am opening up a new shop and (http://maplered.com) would like pointers on air filtration. I plan on using some soft vinyl strips to cover the rolldown door. I have windows in the front for air to enter. I plan on doing everything wet, with a homemade water recycling system. I can still see quite of bit of dust developing over time. Therefore I thing I need some type of exhaust fan and (http://maplered.com) filtration to keep from poisoning the neighbors. I know they make water curtains, etc...but does anybody have anything simple and (http://maplered.com) cheap?
